Apple fans, if you’re in the Southern Suburbs of Cape Town you’re in for a treat! On Monday 15 January The Real Repair Company opened the doors to our new Pop-Up Shop in Constantia Village. This innovative little hub is located in the ultimate ‘hotspot’ for Apple users in the Mother City. Our The Real Repair Company baby branch will provisionally be running until March 2018. The pop-up shop has been doing phenomenally well during its first week, with loads of booked-in repairs and customer ‘pop-ins’ every day. In the first week, we’ve done a load of repairs on Apple iPhones and iPads! Say what?!
We’ve also had a great response to iPad repairs, with people bringing multiple iPads to be operated on at a time. (Killing two birds with one stone, right?) Apart from Apple iPhone, iPad and iPod repairs our expertly trained iDoctors also repair Huawei screens.
The pop-up shop is inviting and vibrant. The hilarious imagery, bright colours and hippest accessories showcase the tongue-in-cheek nature of The Real Repair Company. Adding to the experience are our energetic, vibey staff, who are all extremely helpful and ready to assist everyone with their iBaby queries. The staff include Yumnah, Jade and Nafiesa (front-desk support) and Salmaan and Zaneen (technicians).
