Thank you for visiting and shopping at www.therealrepaircompany.co.za. The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping and Delivery Policy.

Customers purchasing from www.therealrepaircompany.co.za have an option of a click and collect service or domestic delivery service. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Orders are only processed within 2-3 business days. No deliveries or store collections will be arranged over the weekends and public holidays. Please take note, certain products have an additional shipment lead-time which is clearly reflected at the time of purchase.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping & Delivery:

 

The Real Repair Company offers free domestic shipping for any orders of R500 and over. Any order placed under R500 will carry an additional R99 shipping fee.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days of receipt. Where possible, orders placed before 14:00 weekdays will be dispatched on the same day. For delivery in major towns and cities, you can expect next day delivery. For smaller towns shipping can take 24 – 48 hours and for rural towns, please allow for 72 hours. Delivery times are estimates and we offer no guarantee against any delay.
