Awesome and quick service. My iphone charging port was not working. Two other places were going to replace the whole back of the phone for thousands. Real Repair guy gave it a quick clean. I was out of there in minutes. I will return soon to buy a previously owned phone from them.

I have just taken possession of my new iPhone 16 from MTN and was directed to The Real Repair Company - Constantia Village to do the migration from my old phone to the new one. I was assisted by the very efficient, professional and patient team - being Tammy, Stephen and Alexis. The project they were asked to do for me was not only the migration but the transfer of photographs from my iPhone 8, iPhone11 and iPhone13 to a hard drive as well as the "clean up" of all phones (to be given away to two people in need of phones). It was a LONG process but they all approached this request with patience and encouragement. We finally sorted out all requirements but hit a hiccup with the set up of the iPhone 8. They all leapt into action to find a solution - working with Vodacom and iStore. We had to use the Galaxy instead as a hand over phone but all ended well and they did not take any payment for this last part!. All recipients of the old phones are thrilled and I am very happy with my new iPhone 16 set up. I would highly recommend this company and team for all phone repairs, requests and solutions especially due to their positive attitude and professional customer care. A great experience.

Very good service. I love that they communicate via text, it make things so much easier. This is the best way to get your phone fixed fast. 1 hour to quote, and 3 to repair. That beats 2 weeks within the bowels of Vodacom any day.

iPhone X battery replacement and new back required. I was offered original or third-party replacements and chose the originals. The items took a little over a week to be delivered and I was kept informed of progress. Once delivered, the repair was done in a day. Very satisfactory service.

The service I received from staff of the Real Repair Company exuded excellence, patience and commitment to compromise. The manner in which they confronted problems and challenges warrant an endorsement of the highest caliber. The only shame I feel is not being able to give more than 5 stars!

After a challenging situation with this store and a sad review for them, it is always great to turn that frown upside down and be able to turn a 1 star into a 5.
